How long does delivery take?

Standard orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days and delivered within 2-5 working days across mainland UK. Pallet deliveries typically arrive within 3-5 working days. You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Can this flooring be used with underfloor heating?

Most of our engineered wood and LVT ranges are fully compatible with underfloor heating. Always check the specific product page for confirmation. We recommend keeping floor surface temperatures below 27C and acclimatising the flooring for at least 48 hours before installation.

How do I calculate how much flooring I need?

Measure the length x width of your room in metres to get the square meterage. Add 10% for wastage (15% for diagonal or herringbone installations). Each product page shows exactly how many m2 are in a box or pallet to make ordering straightforward.

Do prices include VAT?

Yes - all prices displayed on our website include VAT at 20%. Your order confirmation and invoice will show the VAT breakdown clearly.
