We aim to offer service that feels not just reliable, but genuinely memorable. Ordering with us is simple.

Delivery is free across most of the UK, with a small charge for certain postcodes in Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Choose the right delivery option

To ensure a smooth delivery, ask yourself:

Could a fire-engine-sized vehicle safely access your road or driveway?

  • Yes: our standard kerbside delivery should work perfectly.
  • No / not sure: let us know in the order notes at checkout and we’ll arrange a suitable alternative with our partners, at no extra charge.

If access is difficult and we are not informed, your order may not be delivered and a redelivery fee may apply.

Help us find you faster

Is your address new-build, hard to spot, or tricky on sat-nav? Add clear delivery instructions in the comment box at checkout – landmarks, gate codes or anything that helps the driver find you quickly and safely.

Be ready for delivery

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the goods on the agreed date.
  • Flooring is usually delivered kerbside by a large van or lorry; drivers may not be able to carry goods inside your property.
  • If no one is home and delivery cannot be made, a redelivery fee may be charged by the courier.

After delivery – quick check

  • Inspect all packs carefully on arrival.
  • Check quantities and product codes against your order.
  • If anything looks damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos.

Order now, store for later – on us

Not ready to install your floor just yet? We can store your order safely in our warehouse for up to three months free of charge, then arrange delivery when you’re ready.

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your flooring. If something isn’t right, our returns process is straightforward.

30-day returns window

You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Condition of returned goods

To be accepted for a refund, goods must be:

  • in resellable condition
  • in their original, unopened packaging with seals intact
  • free from damage, dirt or signs of fitting / attempted fitting

You are responsible for the goods until they reach us, so please pack them carefully and use a reputable carrier with insurance and tracking. If the goods arrive damaged, we may not be able to issue a refund.

All returns must be arranged and paid for by you unless we have supplied incorrect or faulty items.

Return form

To ensure your return can be processed quickly:

  1. Complete the online return form.
  2. We’ll email you a copy to print.
  3. Place the completed form inside the return shipment.

Without a completed return form, your items may not be identifiable and your refund may be delayed or not processed.

Returns

What if I have an issue with my product?

Contact us with your order number, photos and a short description. We’ll review the situation and advise whether it’s a delivery issue, installation concern or potential warranty claim.

Cancellations – I’ve changed my mind

If your order hasn’t left the warehouse, we can usually cancel it in full. If it has already been dispatched, our standard returns process and any return transport costs will apply.

Will I be refunded in full?

For approved returns in perfect, unopened condition, we refund the product cost. Any original express delivery charges and your return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Before delivery

When will I know my delivery date?

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is booked with our delivery partner. In many cases, they will also contact you directly with a time window.

Will I get tracking updates?

Where our courier provides tracking, we’ll share those details so you can follow your delivery on the day.

Can I get next-day delivery?

Next-day or 1–2 working day delivery is available on selected products (such as stair runners and some stock ranges), subject to postcode and availability. Contact us if you need urgent delivery.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across most of the UK, including England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Some remote areas may carry a surcharge or slightly longer lead times.

Can I change my delivery date after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll do our best to rearrange the delivery date. Please contact us as early as possible.

Change of plans?

If your plans change completely, we may be able to hold your order in our warehouse or cancel it before dispatch. Once shipped, our standard returns policy will apply.

Flooring is usually delivered kerbside using a large van or lorry. Drivers are not always able to carry goods inside your property, so please ensure help is available if needed.

Where will my order be delivered?

Deliveries are made to the nearest safe access point at street level. For apartments or restricted access locations, please mention this at checkout.

Will my order arrive in one delivery?

Where possible, we ship everything together. Occasionally, accessories, stair runners or samples may arrive separately depending on supplier and courier.

Missed your delivery?

If no one is available to receive the order, a redelivery fee may be charged by the courier. Contact us if you need to rearrange.

Unforeseen circumstances

Severe weather, traffic incidents or operational issues can occasionally affect delivery schedules. If this happens, we’ll work with the courier to get your flooring to you as quickly as possible.

After delivery

What if my order arrives damaged?

Note any visible damage on the driver’s paperwork if possible, take clear photos of the damage and packaging, and email us at [email protected] as soon as you can.

What if I receive the wrong order?

Let us know straight away with your order number and photos. We’ll correct the mistake and arrange collection / replacement as quickly as we can.

Need to return your order?

If you’ve over-ordered or changed your mind, our 30-day returns policy applies. Complete the return form, arrange insured shipping back to us, and we’ll process your refund once the goods are checked and approved.
