The Cobham Natural Brushed Oak is an engineered hardwood flooring option featuring 14 x 150 x 300-1200 mm wooden boards. Available in either a brushed UV oiled or brushed matt lacquered finish, the low gloss enhances the natural warmth of the solid oak, which has a 3mm veneer. This flooring can be sanded and refinished after 10-15 years, ensuring long-lasting beauty. The tongue and groove installation allows for either gluing down to the subfloor or floating on top of an underlay. The rustic grade floorboards add character and elegance to any room in your home. How long does delivery take?

Standard orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days and delivered within 2-5 working days across mainland UK. Pallet deliveries typically arrive within 3-5 working days. You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Can this flooring be used with underfloor heating?

Most of our engineered wood and LVT ranges are fully compatible with underfloor heating. Always check the specific product page for confirmation. We recommend keeping floor surface temperatures below 27C and acclimatising the flooring for at least 48 hours before installation.

How do I calculate how much flooring I need?

Measure the length x width of your room in metres to get the square meterage. Add 10% for wastage (15% for diagonal or herringbone installations). Each product page shows exactly how many m2 are in a box or pallet to make ordering straightforward.

Do prices include VAT?

Yes - all prices displayed on our website include VAT at 20%. Your order confirmation and invoice will show the VAT breakdown clearly.
